Sichuan Tuesdays at Highbar
Join us every Tuesday for the Sichuan popup with Chef Garrett Morris from the Sichuan Kitchen SLO! The menu changes weekly, and no reservations or pre-orders are required. Previous menus have included Sichuan Pork Dumplings, Chicken Wontons in Chili Soy Vinaigrette and Steamed Eggplant with Roasted Pepper. Chef Ryan will take you on a culinary journey each Wednesday collaborating with local farmers and purveyors to select the best of the day’s harvest and create a special 3-course Market Menu to be served that evening in the Piadina Courtyard.
Aaron is a local singer and guitar player who enjoys playing a wide range of styles from pop to alternative to classic rock & jazz. His warm sound showcases covers of all his favorite music inspirations, along with a few of his original tunes accompanied by his acoustic guitar.
